Processing
All orders are processed in the order they are received. All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of order receipt.
Product Damages
Oil and Bark LLC is not liable for any damages or lost products that occur during shipping. However, in the event that such a thing happens Oil and Bark LLC will work with the customer to rectify the unfortunate event.
Customer can at the discretion of Oil and Bark LLC be requested to provide proof or return of the damaged product.

Returns
Given the unique nature of this product, we can not accept any returns. Oil and Bark LLC is 100% committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied. Therefore, we will work with each customer to resolve the issue. Refunds will only be given on a case by case basis and as a last resort.
